JUDGE DREDD
     While not much has been giving away about the Dredd remake the first poster has been released for it finally. And September will be a fun month now with Karl Urban laying down the law in a futuristic time where crime is everywhere. Here's to hoping that it's not as cheesy as the Sly Stallone version was.

WORLD WAR Z

     The last time I mentioned this film was a couple of days ago and it looks like it's in more trouble than was let on then, as if seven weeks of re-shoots weren't bad enough. Damon Lindelof has been hired to come in and rewrite the whole third act of the film which filming has been done with for the past year. Look like this one won't hit it's holiday release.

ROBOCOP

     It seems as if two more names has been added to the reboot since Gary Oldman joined. This time Samuel L. Jackson and Abbie Cornish has joined up for it as well. Seem as this one might be worth watching if this keeps up after all.

JUSTICE LEAGUE

     It was bound to happen with the Avengers doing so well. Warner Bros. is green lighting the Justice League film. But Warner has a lot to work on to get the rest of their properties in line considering that Nolan's Batman films have set the bar so high.

IT

     It looks like Stephen King's It will be remade by Warner Bros. This could be good or it could be bad. The real interesting thing about this adaptation of It is that Warner's wants it a as a two part movie series. Not sure, but it's going to be tough to find someone that can top Tim Curry as Pennywise the Clown.

EYE'S OF THE DRAGON

     SyFy is trying to produce a a mini-series based on the Stephen King's 1984 novel. The novel was a break from King's normal writing as this one is more fantasy than horror. The novel also ties heavily into the Dark Tower series as.

SNOW WHITE AND THE HUNTSMAN

     How this one is going to work out I really don't know, but it seems Universal liked what happened with the movie and has decided to hire a writer to start work on a sequel. I'm speechless on this one as the story ended and the evil queen is dead.
